What is Dry Needling?

  •  Dry Needling is a manual therapy intervention that uses small acupuncture needles for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and tissue restrictions. Dry Needling is based on modern medical science.

What can Dry Needling be used for:

What to expect with dry needling:

  • Pt will be placed in a relaxing position.
  • Needle will be inserted into the muscles following sterile techniques. 
  • Patients tend to feel a pin prick followed by pressure.
  • Needling sessions usually last between 5 to 10 minutes.
